Items are shipped within 2–5 business days of payment, unless otherwise specified. We primarily use USPS for shipping, and their average delivery time is 2–5 business days after leaving our facility.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once your payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it immediately enters the shipping process. We have a limited window to catch and cancel orders before they are shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us through the Contact page with the subject line "Cancellation," providing your full name and order number. We'll do our best to assist you.

ORDER ISSUES

If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We strive to please our customers and will make every effort to address any concerns.

For broken or damaged products, please contact us immediately, accompanied by a photograph as proof. We'll gladly replace any damaged items.

In the rare event of lost or stolen packages, we regretfully cannot issue a refund.

 

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll work to ensure your happiness with every purchase. If you're unhappy with your order, please contact us anytime. Returns are usually processed as store credit or exchanges due to the nature of our products. In exceptional cases, we may accommodate refunds for allergic reactions or damage/defects. To qualify for store credit or refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and return the product within 10 days. The bottle/jar must contain 50% or more of the product.

Purchases made from our retailers are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for store credit with proof of purchase.

BEAUTY BREW is not responsible for additional shipping costs for returns, and we cannot provide reimbursement or compensation for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to BEAUTY BREW.

Please note: We are unable to refund the shipping cost for returns, as it is directly paid to our providers.

Sales tax is required on orders shipped within New York State at the local tax rate.
